General terms and conditions for sweepstakes and discount codes

1. You participate in a win action by responding to a post on Nikki.Amsterdam's social media channels and/or by completing an entry form on the Nikki.Amsterdam website

2. Only persons aged 18 and over are entitled to take part in a win campaign

3. There is no cost to participate.

4. Personal data of participants will not be released to third parties.

5. Personal data of participants will only be used internally for newsletter subscriptions.

6. Through the social media channels and if applicable, the duration of the promotion as well as the date of the announcement of the winners will be communicated.

7. The winner will receive a personal message from us and may be mentioned in messages on our social media channels.

8. The winner will be chosen by drawing lots.

9. If there is suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud Nikki.Amsterdam can decide to exclude persons.

10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other items from our collection.

11. If a won product is unexpectedly out of stock, the award will be made at the earliest opportunity.

12. No correspondence can be entered into about the results.

13. Nikki.Amsterdam can decide to change or stop the action conditions without giving reasons.

14. Only participants who have won will receive personal notification.

15. Discounts will not be announced in advance.

16. It is not possible to receive a retroactive discount on a product already purchased.
