When we keep ourselves nice and warm with a heating pad - or blanket, the thermostat could well be a degree lower. But what about our dog or cat? Of course, we don't want them lying with their teeth chattering from the cold. A heating pad could be the solution. But is a heating pad really necessary?

Of course, that depends entirely on your pet. Cats usually like such a warm pillow. For dogs, it often depends on their health, their fur and, of course, the temperature in the house.

You naturally want a pleasant temperature for your puppy, your old or perhaps sick dog. For a puppy, the transition from the safe nest to a new family can be quite intense. How nice is it then that you can give the little one some extra warmth so he or she feels safe? For older dogs with joint problems, infrared heat can have a soothing effect. Just like it does for people.

Why The.Pets Pillow?

When designing The.Pets Pillow, we didn't just think about providing warmth. At least as important, and if not more important, we think it is that the pillow itself is of high quality. Of course, it is nice that the warmth has a soothing or calming effect on your dog (or cat), but if it then lies directly on the floor because the pillow itself is very thin, no one benefits.

For that reason, we chose cold foam with a thickness of no less than 15 cm. The pillow moulds itself to the body and springs back to its original shape after standing up. So it is supportive while getting up and no pits form in the pillow.

The outer cover is removable and can be placed in the washing machine. This keeps the cushion nice and clean. The inner sleeve is water-repellent so it cold foam does not get damp. This benefits the life of the cushion.

And then, of course, the heating elements. As many as 4 pieces for The.Pets Pillow L and 2 for size S. The included power bank provides 10 hours of heat that can be adjusted to 3 settings. The built-in thermostat ensures that overheating is prevented, making the pillow completely safe to use.
