What are the shipping costs?
Delivery to a parcel shop within the Netherlands is free of charge. Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are charged. These will be shown automatically during the ordering process.
What is the delivery time?
Products ordered from us before 14:00 on working days leave the door the same day. This generally means next-day delivery within the Netherlands. Delivery abroad will take slightly longer. Our heat products are heated using infrared heat technology. The number of heat elements is matched to the size of the product so that the heat is well distributed. Through 3 heat settings, you choose the heat that suits you;

How long is the guarantee?
