Our products have a warranty period of 2 years. Within this guarantee period Nikki.Amsterdam will replace or repair the product or a part that has become defective. This only applies if the products have been purchased directly from Nikki.Amsterdam or from one of our resellers. Therefore keep the proof of purchase carefully.

Excluded from the warranty are powerbanks, fabrics and leather. These are covered by a 1-year warranty period based on normal use and proper maintenance conditions. Please refer to the user manual provided and the information on the power bank on our site. The warranty does not guarantee the effective lifetime of the power bank. This is mainly determined by the intensity of use and care of the powerbank.

The guarantee on our products and accessories does not apply in case a repair or replacement of parts is necessary due to improper use, in case of an accident, or when the products have been repaired or modified other than in accordance with the instructions provided by Nikki.Amsterdam. If a component or part is used that does not originate from Nikki.Amsterdam or one of its resellers, the guarantee is also not applicable.

All claims are limited to the repair or replacement of (a part of) the products. The customer pays the costs of shipping the product to Nikki.Amsterdam. After repair or replacement, Nikki.Amsterdam will pay the transport costs of shipping to the customer.

Nikki.Amsterdam is not liable for claims beyond the warranty period or for any other claims or damages, including but not limited to claims for faulty design, careless or misleading advice, incidental damage, consequential damage or injury to another person, entity or company.

30-day cooling-off period
After receiving your product, you have 30 days to view, try out and, if necessary, return the product. This means that you carefully remove the product from its packaging and install it. Then you can look at, feel and test it. Do not use the product more than necessary to evaluate it properly. Within this period, the product may be returned to us without giving reasons. The return costs are to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

The 30-day trial period only applies to consumer orders, businesses cannot claim it.

Product return in original packaging: As far as possible, the packaging should remain undamaged so that the product can be returned in (near) original condition if not liked.

Product returned undamaged: We assume that a product is not tested for longer than necessary in order to evaluate it properly. We also consider it logical that the product is handled with care, so that it can be returned undamaged, without traces of use, in case the product is not satisfactory. In case the product is damaged and/or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct costs from the refund amount.

Refund
Upon receipt of your return, the amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to you within 14 working days using the same method as the amount was received by us at the time of purchase. The risk of shipping is for the customer.
